Vice President of Asset Management & Acquisitions

As Vice President of Asset Management & Acquisitions at FSO Capital Partners, Mr. Fisher’s key responsibilities entail enhancing asset valuations and optimizing the overall performance of FSO’s $250M+ multifamily investment portfolio via efficient execution of property business plans and prudent oversight of all operational, leasing, disposition, and repositioning activities. Additionally, Mr. Fisher plays a crucial role in the origination, underwriting, structuring, and execution of new acquisitions.

Before joining FSO Capital Partners, Alexander gained valuable experience at Sunrise Multifamily Group, LLC, a real estate private equity firm specializing in 100+ unit Class B and Class A core plus and value-add multifamily investments across the Southwestern United States. During his tenure, he focused on asset management, acquisitions, and investor relations, playing a pivotal role in expanding the company's investment portfolio by $250M+ AUM; directly overseeing $100M+ of new acquisitions and advising on an additional $150M+. As the firm's first employee, Mr. Fisher directed the business plans and all operational activities of six multifamily assets within the Phoenix MSA, including five conventional apartment complexes and one build-to-rent (BTR) development totaling 650+ units and over $125M in value. Moreover, Alexander supervised three construction crews; successfully facilitating over 100 unit renovations and full exterior renovations at five Class B properties. Prior to Sunrise, Mr. Fisher served as lead Financial Analyst for another Arizona-based real estate private equity firm as well as a local non-profit.

Alexander graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance and B.S. in Economics from the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.
