PRINCIPAL & CO-FOUNDER

Scott O’Neill is a Principal and Co-Founder of FSO Capital Partners. Scott specializes in the acquisition, financing, syndication, and development of multifamily properties throughout Arizona. Since entering the Arizona market, Scott has been directly involved as a principal in the acquisition, development, or disposition of over $100,000,000 of multifamily assets.

Prior to FSO, Scott was a member of one of Marcus & Millichap’s top multifamily investment brokerage teams during which time he rose to become one of the team’s most consistent and valued producers. Scott has successfully represented investors in the acquisition and disposition of over $250 million dollars of real estate over his career. He has also been sought out in an advisory capacity in numerous transactions throughout the country. Scott has been able to aid his clients through his extensive market knowledge, comprehensive property analysis, aggressive marketing strategies, and valued investor relationships. Scott’s continued commitment to maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism throughout every transaction allowed him to consistently exceed his client’s expectations.



Scott graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business and Communication. In addition to studying at Arizona State University, Scott studied Economics and International Business at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain. As a past member of Arizona State University Men’s ACHA Division 1 hockey team, Scott now serves on the ASU men’s hockey Alumni Advisory Board.
