EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

As Executive Vice President of FSO Capital Partners, Nathan leads the company’s daily operations and underwriting efforts. Nathan coordinates and manages third party vendors, site analysis and tours, financial underwriting, investor communication, marketing efforts, and overall supply chain management to ensure timely deliver and accurate reporting. Nathan’s experience and work ethic are critical to FSO’s ability to consistently deliver results for our investors.

Prior to starting FSO, Nathan has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2011 focused on multifamily investment sales and financial analysis. Nathan has been involved in the underwriting and sale of $7+ Billion dollars’ worth of multifamily assets across the Southwest for both Colliers International and ABI Multifamily. Prior to Nathan’s real estate career, Nathan served 4 years in the United States Air Force as an Arabic Crypto Linguist where he maintained a Top-Secret Security Clearance.

Nathan graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Real Estate from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Nathan enjoys spending time with his children, studying Japanese Martial Arts, and serving in his church community. Nathan currently resides in Central Phoenix with his five children.
