PRINCIPAL & CO-FOUNDER

John Falkner is a Principal and Co-Founder of FSO Capital Partners, focusing on multi-family value-add opportunities. He has assisted in the acquisition and management of $400M+ in assets within AZ. John also manages his family office’s investments consisting primarily of Arizona real estate partnerships and private lending. As an Arizona native, Mr. Falkner is intimately familiar with multifamily submarkets and has deep and long-standing relationship in the local real estate community

Mr. Falkner began his career as an analyst for Western Capital Partners, a real estate investment firm, where he was responsible for evaluating real estate debt opportunities in the Southwestern region of the U.S. specializing in private real estate backed loans.

Mr. Falkner graduated with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder. John remains active in his community as a mentor with Big Brothers & Big Sisters and as a Guardian Warrior with Rancho Feliz Charities.
