Chief Financial Officer

Jake is Chief Financial Officer at FSO Capital Partners, having joined the firm early in its growth trajectory and grown alongside the platform as it scaled. Over his tenure, he progressed from Controller to VP of Finance before ultimately assuming the CFO role.

In his current capacity, Jake oversees financial operations across the platform, playing an active role in asset management and capital activity including acquisitions, dispositions, and recapitalizations. Beyond the core finance function, he plays a central role in firm wide operations and has led the design and buildout of the firm's internal operating and reporting architecture.

Prior to FSO, Jake worked at RSM US LLP, where he specialized in private real estate groups and large closely held businesses, advising on financial reporting, partnership tax, and complex transactions. He is a licensed CPA and holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, where he graduated Cum Laude.

Outside of work, Jake lives in Scottsdale with his fiancée, Cassidy, and their French Bulldog, Ham. He enjoys golfing, playing hockey, and spending time on the lake during the summer.
