Director of Acquisitions

Klayton Duxbury is a multifamily real estate professional focused on acquisitions, capital strategy, and market analytics. Over the course of his career, he has worked across institutional and entrepreneurial platforms, with experience spanning development, underwriting, capital markets, and investment execution.

Prior to joining FSO, Klayton held roles at Toll Brothers Apartment Living and in bank-based affordable housing finance, where he developed a strong foundation in institutional underwriting, development strategy, and structured real estate capital. He has since helped lead multifamily sourcing and execution efforts, with a focus on identifying high-conviction opportunities, building investment frameworks, and driving sophisticated, data-backed decision making.

Klayton is known for his analytical approach to market selection, deal structuring, and micro-location underwriting. His work has included building custom investment decision models, supporting capital formation, and helping shape acquisition strategy in competitive and evolving markets. He brings a blend of institutional training, entrepreneurial intensity, and market-driven insight to every opportunity.
